The Australian and New Zealand Journal of European Studies (ANZJES) is a Scopus and DOAJ indexed journal, providing a forum for discussion of contemporary European issues and fostering links among those working in the field both in Australia and New Zealand, and internationally.

ANZJES addresses the difficult practical and theoretical questions posed by the sheer complexity that is contemporary Europe. The journal publishes original research articles, research notes and review essays.
